Your journey begins with a drive from Ulaanbaatar to Hustai National Park, located just about 100 kilometers away. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the breathtaking landscapes of the park, known for its rolling hills, lush grasslands, and rocky outcrops.
Your first stop will be to see the Takhi, also known as Przewalski's horse, a rare and endangered wild horse species that has been successfully reintroduced into the wild in Hustai National Park. Witnessing these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat is a truly unforgettable experience and a highlight of any visit to the park.
Afterwards, you'll have the opportunity to visit a nomadic family and experience their way of life first-hand. You'll be welcomed with warm hospitality and have the chance to participate in daily activities such as milking cows, herding sheep, or even trying your hand at traditional crafts.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner prepared with locally sourced ingredients before retiring to your ger, a traditional Mongolian dwelling, for a restful night's sleep surrounded by the sounds of nature.
